A recent study found that 92.1% of children with school attendance issues were neurodivergent.

Let’s put an end to school distress for our neurodivergent pupils, let’s help them to be in school and to thrive.

Staff Training

Practical training for school leaders and staff to develop a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and how different brain types may experience the school environment. Training can be tailored to the needs of the school and may explore areas such as recognising strengths and differences, understanding individual needs and preferences, supporting different ways of communicating and learning, and creating environments that enable neurodivergent pupils to participate and flourish. The focus is on turning understanding into practical strategies that staff can use every day, while helping schools develop confident, consistent and sustainable approaches to supporting neurodivergent pupils.

Training and INSET sessions are bespoke and priced according to group size and duration. Please contact me for a tailored quote.

Needs Assessments

These assessments involve time with the young person, time with their key adults and time looking at relevant paperwork. Each young person is then provided with a note of visit detailing the findings and laying out an action plan. These are not diagnostic assessments but a way of finding out what needs to change for the young person to help them to feel better able to access school, to feel comfortable and confident, and to achieve.

£400 per assessment (Maximum 2 per visit)
