50% of neurodivergent employees have had to take time off work due to lack of support.

According to the City & Guilds Foundation charity’s second annual Neurodiversity Index 2024.

That is very costly for employers and totally unnecessary. Let us help you…

Business Support

Practical consultancy to help organisations develop more neuro-inclusive ways of working. This support focuses on identifying where barriers may exist within workplace policies, processes and everyday practice, and working with leaders and teams to develop realistic, sustainable improvements.

Support can include reviewing and developing policies and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve recruitment, onboarding and employee support, developing practical guidance for managers, and creating toolkits and resources to help teams respond confidently to neurodivergent employees.

The focus is on moving beyond awareness and translating neurodiversity understanding into practical workplace approaches that can be embedded into everyday practice.

Leadership/Staff Training

Practical, engaging training designed to help leaders, managers and staff develop a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and the ways different brains may experience the workplace.

Training can be tailored to the needs of your organisation and may explore neurodivergent strengths and differences, understanding individual needs and preferences, communication and working styles, sensory and environmental considerations, managing barriers, and creating inclusive team cultures.

Sessions focus on turning understanding into practical action, giving managers and staff strategies they can use in their everyday interactions while helping organisations develop confident, consistent and sustainable approaches to neuro-inclusion.

Neurodiversity Coaching & Co-Coaching

Coaching provides a confidential space to explore how an individual’s brain works, recognise strengths and challenges, identify barriers and develop practical tools that fit their own way of working.

Sessions may explore areas such as communication, organisation and planning, energy management, sensory needs, confidence, self-advocacy, workplace relationships, managing overwhelm and identifying reasonable adjustments.

The aim is not to change who someone is, but to help them better understand what enables them to work well, feel more confident in themselves and advocate for the conditions they need to thrive.

Co-coaching creates a collaborative, structured and supportive space for employees and their managers to develop a shared understanding of what may be getting in the way and what could make a meaningful difference. It can help both parties explore needs, identify practical solutions and agree approaches that are realistic and sustainable for the individual, team and organisation.

The process can also support managers to develop greater confidence in having conversations about neurodiversity and workplace adjustments, helping to create more open, understanding and inclusive working environments.

Workplace Needs Assessment

A practical, strengths-based assessment designed to understand what an employee needs to work at their best within the context of their particular role and working environment.

The assessment considers the individual’s strengths, challenges, preferences and ways of working, alongside the demands, expectations and constraints of their role. This helps to build a clear picture of where barriers may be occurring and what could make a meaningful difference.

Recommendations are tailored to the individual and the workplace rather than relying on a standard list of adjustments or technology. They may include changes to communication, routines, workload, environment, organisation, meetings, working practices or expectations, as well as appropriate tools or technology where these would genuinely add value.

The focus is on finding practical, proportionate and sustainable solutions. Often, relatively simple and low-cost changes to the way work is organised or communicated can have a much greater impact than expensive technology or complex interventions.

Each assessment includes time with the employee, consideration of the role and working environment, and discussion with relevant managers or key colleagues where appropriate. A detailed written report is then provided, setting out the key strengths and challenges identified, the barriers that may be affecting the employee, and clear, practical recommendations for support.

The assessment is not a diagnostic assessment. Its purpose is to understand what needs to change within the workplace to enable the employee to feel more comfortable, confident and effective in their role.

£400 per assessment, including full written report

* Where appropriate, follow-up support can be provided to help the employee and manager implement and review recommendations.
