Our neurodiversity consultant will use their strengths in creative problem-solving and inter-personal relations, to create tailored recommendations for your employee.

These will take into consideration reasonable demands and constraints of the role to ensure all recommendations are achievable.

Managers will be involved in this process to ensure recommendations are workable and this process results in a comprehensive WPNA report.

Often it can be helpful to follow on with coaching and co-coaching sessions to fully embed the strategies recommended in the assessment report. £250
