These two-hour sessions allow your employee to explore what their optimum environment might be within a safe, neuro-affirming space. Our neurodiversity consultant will use their strengths in creative problem-solving and inter-personal relations, to create tailored recommendations for your employee.
These will take into consideration reasonable demands and constraints of the role to ensure all recommendations are achievable.
Managers will be involved in this process to ensure recommendations are workable and this process results in a comprehensive WPNA report.
Often it can be helpful to follow on with coaching and co-coaching sessions to fully embed the strategies recommended in the assessment report. £250

These joint coaching sessions allow the employee, their manager and their coach to work as a team to explore how to adapt the work environment so that the employee can thrive. These sessions often greatly help managers to feel more confident and better able to understand, celebrate, and make adjustments for, neurodiversity. £75 per hour
Neurodiversity Coaching
Strengths-based, solution-focused, neuro-affirming coaching can empower your neurodivergent employees to reach their potential. This often results in better physical and mental health, increased confidence, better attendance and higher performance. £70 per hour
