Two plants may not need the same environment to thrive, but both of them are equally valid.
If you are struggling to thrive, maybe you are trying too hard to adapt to someone else’s environment rather than finding out what your ideal growing conditions are.

Neurodiversity Coaching
Coaching provides a confidential space to explore how your brain works, recognise your strengths and challenges, identify barriers and develop practical tools that fit your way of working.
Sessions can explore areas such as communication, organisation and planning, energy management, sensory needs, confidence, relationships, managing overwhelm, self-advocacy and identifying reasonable adjustments.
Coaching can also help you reframe experiences where neurodivergent differences have been viewed as disorder, deficit or wrongness, and instead understand your neurotype as equally legitimate, with different ways of interacting with and experiencing the world. When these differences are understood and embraced, they can become a foundation for confidence, self-advocacy and positive outcomes.
The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you understand what enables you to work well, feel confident in yourself and thrive.
£75 per hour

Workplace Needs Assessment
A practical, strengths-based assessment designed to understand your strengths, challenges and needs within the context of your particular role and working environment.
The assessment considers how you work best alongside the demands, expectations and constraints of your role. This helps to identify where barriers may be occurring and what could make a meaningful difference.
Recommendations are tailored to you and your role rather than relying on a standard list of adjustments or technology. They may include changes to communication, routines, workload, environment, meetings, working practices or expectations, as well as appropriate tools or technology where these would genuinely add value.
You will receive a detailed written report setting out the key strengths and challenges identified, the barriers that may be affecting you and clear, practical recommendations for support.
This is not a diagnostic assessment. Its purpose is to understand what needs to change within the workplace to help you feel more comfortable, confident and effective in your role.
£350 per assessment, including full written report

Individual Advocacy & Support
Practical support to help you navigate workplace conversations, applications and processes where you may need help communicating your needs or understanding what to do next.
This can include attending meetings with your manager, HR or other workplace professionals, helping you prepare for important conversations, supporting you to communicate your needs and helping you understand and articulate appropriate workplace adjustments.
Support can also include help with paperwork and applications relating to disability and workplace support, including PIP and Access to Work, helping you organise relevant information and clearly communicate the impact of your needs.
The aim is to help you feel informed, prepared and confident, while ensuring that your needs, strengths and circumstances are clearly understood by the people involved.
