Two plants may not need the same environment to thrive, but both of them are equally valid.
If you are struggling to thrive, maybe you are trying too hard to adapt to someone else’s environment rather than finding out what your ideal growing conditions are.
Let us help you to find out what is holding you back and then work together to make it better...
Workplace Needs Assessments (WPNAs)
These two-hour sessions allow you to explore what your optimum environment might be within a safe, neuro-affirming space. Our neurodiversity consultant will use their strengths in creative problem-solving and inter-personal relations, to create tailored recommendations for you. These will take into consideration reasonable demands and constraints of the role to ensure all recommendations are achievable. This will all be captured in a comprehensive report. Often it can be helpful to follow on with coaching and co-coaching sessions to fully embed the strategies recommended in the assessment report. £250
Neurodiversity Coaching
Strengths-based, solution-focused coaching, aiming to empower you to live your most authentic, happy and successful neurodivergent life. Your coach is, themself, neurodivergent and they come to the process with a wealth of personal and professional experience in the world of neurodiversity. The aim is to guide neurodivergent people through a process that allows them to explore, understand, embrace and celebrate their brain-type so that they can free themselves to reach their potential with strategies that make navigating a neurotypical world feel more comfortable. £75 per hour.
Co-Coaching
Sometimes it can feel difficult to explain our brain-type to other people and, even if they are well-meaning, others might accidentally do things that make life feel more difficult for us because they don’t yet fully understand neurodiversity.
These joint coaching sessions allow you, your manager and your coach to work as a team to explore how to adapt the work environment so that you can thrive. This means that you do not need to always advocate for yourself, the aim is to empower your manager to do this for you. £80 per hour
